The customer service was awesome when making my appointment. I was able to get seen the next day. The hygienist was so friendly and understanding of my concerns. The DR was honest and gave me the best option for getting a tooth pulled. I will be back and recommend them to others.

I am always nervous when going to the dentist. This dentist and helper were very calm which helped me a lot. I am glad the hard part of getting a crown is over. Thanks to the dental staff my experience was good. I'd say great, but it's the dentist. Lol

The staff is always polite and friendly. The nurse tells you what she is going to do before they do it. Dr. Alan always has a smile on his face. Asking how your day been. Then ask are there any concerns. Then he will say let's get started and begin saying what he is doing and during the procedure he will say how are you during are you okay. University Dental is a good dentist to have.

I’ve been going here for years since 2014. Every year there is some mix up with me & my family’s contact information where the office staff calls one of my family members regarding someone else’s bill, service. Today I was provided a bill for $351 from 2018, when I’ve been coming to this office twice a year since 2014. No one ever told me of this bill, so where did it come from? Out of the blue? On top of that I was late for work waiting for an itemized bill of this hidden charge from 5 years ago that is beyond me. Anyway, current waiting on a call back to get this all straightened out. We shall see if they hold their end of the deal in regards to following back up with me. My hygienist Linda however is amazing.

The technician and Drs are great. They do an excellent job of explaining and answering any questions. The after visit receptionist has such a calming and soothing voice. There are never any surprises for any upcoming visit. Plus you always get a gift bag afterwards ☺️

Good morning my name is Blade I recently had a dental appointment at University Dental Care . I enjoyed being at this dental care. The greet staff was very knowledgeable especially helping me fill out my paper forms on their tablets. The dental assistant was very professional and caring. She took her time and explained all the answers to my questions. When I met the dentist he took concerned time with me…not rushing me. He referred me to another dentist for the type of dentistry I will need. I will be coming back to University Dental Care after my dental surgery has been taken care of. Their office is very neat and the initial area in the building is actually huge with sectioned off dental rooms. I will be back mainly because the dental sections rooms are VERY, VERY CLEAN! I felt VERY, VERY comfortable also. Thank you….Blade 🫠🌝😇
