I absolutely love Bozeman dental Associates!! Dr. Mortenson is super friendly and he was quick when he pulled my wisdom teeth out! Didn't feel a thing. And I have to mention that the staff at the front desk are super duper nice!! They really went out of thier way to make sure my experience was smooth! I think it's quite funny that I actually like going to the dentist now! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Mortenson and team are the best!! I'm always super nervous to go to the dentist and he totally put me at ease, we even joked back and forth with each other. Not only that, but he made sure the work I was having wouldn't stress my finances. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Bozeman Dental Associates!! Thank you for taking care of me!

This place is good. Doctor Ben Lyons is great! The hygienists do an amazing job as well.
Only knock I have is the front office has some communication issues with other dentist offices outside of Bozeman. If you are moving to Bozeman from another area and you have recent x-rays...the x-rays never transfer.
It is a mystery. At first I assumed my prior dentist office had legitimately not sent over the x-rays. But then my wife went here and our former dentist left a voicemail on her phone. The voicemail was confirmation that her x-rays were sent.
Aaaaand front office could not locate her x-rays either.
That is the only issue I had. Otherwise, this is a great place to get your teeth worked on.

My experience here was a little different for me compared to most of the people on here leaving reviews. I had a tooth that was bothering me a little bit as far as when biting down on things I was getting a little bit of pain. Well the dentist here ended up telling me something along the lines that my nerve was probably affected and inflamed and that I needed a root canal and that he also wanted to do a double crown For a bridge to attach said tooth to another tooth so that it would be stronger and less likely to snap. So then while I was back home visiting family over the holidays I went to my dentist that I have been going to my entire life and he did a couple tests and said that all I had was a cracked tooth and that a single crown would probably fix it that he had never really heard of someone wanting to do a double crown and that he has not seen very many crowns break if done correctly. So I went from a $4000 bill to an $800 bill. I know that all these so-called billionaires out here in Bozeman Montana can afford to throw money away like it’s paper in a trash can I get it but there are still normal people here that worked very hard for their money and I just don’t wanna see anyone else get taken advantage of as far as a dentist trying to charge them thousands of dollars for work that they don’t necessarily need.

Amazing! Cleaning went really well and smooth and had a filing for a cavity filled that has given me issues before. I’ve had dentists before start drilling after one shot of numbing and I felt everything but here, they made sure I didn’t feel anything before starting. Phenomenal work! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr Mortenson is hilarious and skilled at what he does. He’s done a few fillings on me but my favorite thing he’s done is “trimmed” my gums and whitened my teeth. I honestly truly get compliments on my smile all the time. Clean, efficiently run office, staff are friendly and smart, and my teeth look fab. 10/10.

I was visiting Bozeman from Canada, seeing family here. I cracked a tooth and needed a crown. Dr Mortensen and his friendly staff did a fantastic job fitting me in and then just a little mild discomfort and the tooth was good as new.. probably better! Dr. Mortenson, Cameo and the whole staff are wonderful. I got a same day appointment that I desperately needed. They got me in and took care of me like I'd been a patient there forever and it was my first time. They are all so friendly, supportive and fun! I used to be really self conscious about my smile and rarely showed teeth in pictures. Dr. M and his team put a new crown in and shaped my gums to make my smile look flawless! My old crown was very obvious and I didn't even know this procedure was available until i went in for a cleaning. I am so happy with my smile now!! Dr. Mortenson is THE BEST for quick, painless root canals. He even managed to have me laughing without laugh gas! I was initially dreading the procedure, but I left feeling relieved and thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I highly recommend this dental office.
