Bozeman Dental Associates

After searching through 14 dentists and getting refused I Went in for help because I was dropped by my insurance. They ended up taking me in and treated me like I was one of their own kids. The nicest people ever. So thankful for them.

The first thing you notice is that all their magazines are actually issues of the year your appointment is in-the problem is you don't get to read them because they take you into your appointment on time.
The entire office staff has been friendly and the dental personnel are extremely competent coupled with very clean and comfortable exam rooms. Having decades of dental work in many other offices I cannot stress how knowledgeable this group at Bozeman Dental are- see problems and fix them the first time. Being at a dental office is not my first choice of places to go but I am glad I found this office when I need dental work.

I had heard mixed reviews about Bozeman Dental Associates and being new to the area I was willing to give them a try. However, I was not overly thrilled with the work that I received. First off, at my first visit I got the local anesthetic injection and was told to let it numb up for a couple minutes. I then watched Dr. Mortenson leave the building and not return for 40 minutes, all the while sitting in the chair with no one to come to apologize for the wait or check in. Secondly, the fillings that were done cracked within two weeks and had to be drilled and refilled. Thirdly, the left side of my tongue has yet to regain feeling (they were done end of February) after what I'm only assuming could be an injection gone awry. Dr. Mortenson did say he would refill the fillings free of charge since he admitted it was his fault but I somehow still ended up with a bill. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a patient to Bozeman Dental Associates.

I was asked by a friend to post this for him. He is very happy with the work that is being done and that the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Jerry really appreciates all the time and effort that Dr. Mortenson and his staff have put in on his behalf. Jerry highly recommends that everyone should visit Dr. Mortenson and the Bozeman Dental Associates when they need oral health care.

I seen Dr. Mortensen today and he was amazing! He explained everything in detail and did beautiful work! He made sure I was comfortable and his sense of humor helps ease the nerves. I highly recommend Dr. Mortensen and his team at Bozeman Dental Aasociates if you are looking for a professional, friendly, affordable and quality dentist.

Dr. Mortenson has been such a huge help. Whenever I go into his office I feel like he actually cares about me and my oral health, and he is always honest with me. His work is quality and I don’t feel like I’m being sold unnecessary procedures, like I have at many other dentists.

Much thanks to the skilled and dedicated personnel at Bozeman Dental. I recently had a dental crown procedure performed there. Dr. Mortenson was thorough in every respect to include making sure that I was completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Bozeman Dental for all your dental needs.

Dr. Mortenson came into the office at 7pm on a Saturday evening to help my 86 year old mother with a tooth (he didn't know her age ahead of time). He is kind and thoughtful. He had innovative and helpful solutions. Based on my, and my mother's experience, I can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you Dr. Mortenson!

I have found the staff and Dr. Mortenson to always be kind, helpful, friendly and eager. They have worked with my finances which has been most helpful. Additionally, I feel they understand the needs of the patient very well. The jokes, the atmosphere, the staff and the work itself has made me feel very good about myself. I moved to Bozeman for college a number of years ago and I have since been sporadic with my dental visits. I had the same dentist for the entirety of my youth and young adulthood. Finding a new dentist in town seemed to be a daunting task given my unique dental history. I have had a front tooth implant resultant of a rare tooth disease and have recently had a wisdom tooth come in. The task of finding a new dentist and explaining my extensive dental history seemed daunting, to say the least.

I researched Bozeman Dental Associates and decided to try them out. The initial consultation was beyond satisfactory, with friendly administrative staff and a welcoming office environment. The dental staff was warm and friendly, assuaging any of my trepidations in finding a new dentist. I will continue to use Bozeman Dental Associates for myself and my family and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist.
