Walked in and the office staff was great! Everyone smiled and was happy took great care of what I needed done and they explained the cost to you on what they were going to charge you on before they did the X-rays. And Corie the paperwork lady smiled beautifully and was professional and explained everything! Thank you guys for doing such great work and keep up the proofessional environment. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and everyone at Hays Dental was SO friendly and attentive in addressing those insecurities. I also had great help in getting financing for my dental work. I've had other experiences that have made the payment side of it make me feel like it was a huge inconvenience to them. I left Hays feeling so relieved about my payment options. They are great people who GENUINELY CARE about helping people get their teeth repaired, healthy and do so in a very caring environment. Hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was fantastic from the front office staff to the assistant and Dr. Wasserburger was very informative, gentle and meticulous. I was very pleased to be able to walk in with a broken crown and walk out in the same day with a perfect, new crown. Thank you!
