This office is amazing! Everyone there is so nice. They actually listen to what you tell them. Adjusting for your anxiety and fears to make a dental experience the best situation possible. Dr. Max spent so.much time making sure I was OK instead of just pushing to get finished. Hands down fabulous care received.

Hayes is the best dentists office I have ever been to without question. The atmosphere is consistently familial, attentive and positive. They provide excellent service that is professional, inclusive, and informative. I have gone to Hayes for almost 5 years and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences. The service was Exceptional they ensure that you are ok every step of the way. They walk you through the process and ensure that you're comfortable.
Vanessa was Extremely gentle and comforting she told you every step she was going to make. She ensures that your problem areas were solved and after that, you are comfortable with the procedure and she double-checks to see if everything was removed I would recommend Vanessa and Hay's Dental Group any day

I have dental care anxiety and broke a tooth that needed assessment and care. Not only was I scheduled immediately but dental assistant Courtney was helpful, confident and reassuring. She put my fears at ease before the dentist came into the room. Dr. Schwieterman and Courtney are a very deep team, like a choreographed routine, they painlessly dealt with my tooth, and because they have a cerec system, I was able to leave their office 2 hours later with a brand new, perfectly fitting crown. Squeezed me in for a last minute emergency while I was traveling cross country. The staff was so kind, and you can tell they work well together too. Everyone listened to my concerns and took time with me even though they were busy. In and out in under and hour with a repaired filling. No pain during the procedure at all. They also have Hulu and massage chairs which was really nice.

Came in, tooth broken, no appt, needed a dentist to look at. Was helped from front desk to DDS. These guys get it. I been going there for 3 yrs. Best dentist group.

The very best dental care in the country by Dr. Christopher Hall and Hygenist Vanessa Tyrnes. I’ve lived in Chicago, New York City, Austin & San Francisco. Dr. Hall is highly skillful, knowledgeable, intuitive & attuned to his patients. Vanessa is a master Hygenist! Carly is a also marvelous Hygenist. The front office is so well managed by Karena, Rhonda, Jade & Nicole. All the dental assistants are top notch & caring, especially Amy and Michaela. Between Dr. Hall & his great staff, I have zero anxiety at any of my appts (no exaggeration). The office always keeps the highest of standards and has the latest technology - they spare no expense for their customer care. I’ve been an extremely happy patient for over a decade and most highly recommend Dr. Hall & his team. You are consistently receiving the absolute best care when you are a patient at Hays Dental Group.
