The cleaning was great but when I went to the front desk they told me how much I owed and I paid it. They made no mention of insurance at all. I assumed it was my portion to pay before they bill insurance as that is what they have asked for in the past. Ends up it was the total amount. When we called them and asked about it they said I should’ve known because there were signs everywhere about how they bill, never mind the fact that it was totally different than every other time I’ve been there. Very defensive and less than stellar service for sure. Disappointing.

Staff is Super caring and intelligent; they are great listeners and empathetic. All very personable! I had an Excellent first exam; completely thorough from imaging and consultation to teeth cleaning. I can not recommend the Hayes Dental Group enough!

I was scheduled the same week as a first time client for a retainer needing repair. I was able to have my problem looked at, fixed and still made it back in time for work!
