I recently moved to Bozeman, and called their office to inquire if my dental insurance was accepted by them. I told her I had Cigna Dental and the receptionists stated: "we bill all insurance companies". I gave her my insurance card upon arrival and filled out their paperwork. Four weeks later found out that their dental office is not contracted with Cigna DHMO. This cleaning for my wife and me cost $408.00, be very careful if you are a new patient. I was misled by the receptionist and I am paying dearly now.
