Bartoletti Mike DDS

I have been going to Mike for decades for a dental condition I was born with. If it weren't for Mike and Charity I can honestly say I wouldn't have any teeth. He thinks outside the box and is willing to do what he can. He is the most kind and generous person I have ever met and everyday I thank God he came into my life. Thank you Mike and team for helping me and my family so so so much over the years. Love ya

My parents have been seeing the Bartoletti's for decades and I have been seeing Mike as my primary dentist since i was 4 or 5 years old (now 33). He's always been a great guy and is a true pillar of the local community. My 4 year old son needed some work done and a pediatric dentist was going to charge us $3k out of pocket as no insurance was accept by one of the specialists they use for the work. Sickened by the crazy prices i decided it was time to take my son to see Mike and Mario. Mario got him in quickly and immediately set my little man at ease. Just like his father, Mario's people skills are the best in the business! My son was relaxed by Mario's good nature and he sat still, didn't move, fight, cry or give any negative reaction while Mario performed a root canal on a tooth that could have been easily fixed months before if i could have afforded to do so. The DH, Susie and Dr. Mario worked together to make sure my little man was very relaxed and that he was never afraid. The entire Bartoletti family continues to perform some of the finest Dental work in the country in my opinion. No gimmicks, no nonsense, just Good people who genuinely care about their patients. They will always be my choice for all of my family's dentistry.

I have never left a Google review but felt that I had to for Dr. Bartoletti. Dr. Bartoletti took me in last-minute for a same-day emergency appointment when no other dentists would, and I was terrified because of bad previous experiences with dentists. I had no need to be. Dr. Bartoletti's honestly the kindest, most caring dentist I've ever had - he resolved my issue in a way that enabled me to enjoy the rest of my short time in the area. He and his staff also really got to know me (even in my just two visits) and are truly the loveliest people. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

Dr. Bartoletti has been taking care of myself and my family for years he always goes above and beyond to meet our standards he even came in at 6 a.m. to help me out because of my work schedule and put in the extra hours so that I can get the care i j eeded even though I worked during the entire day while they were open I cannot think this man and his family enough for everything they've ever done for me. Charity is one of the most amazing assitansts, she is incredibly knowledgeable and makes every experience wonderful. Mike, Mario and charity and staff are truly one of a kind.

It was Saturday morning 9am and I was supposed to be at work at 10am at the airport. My tooth (I knew for weeks that it would need to be pulled) had been bothering me the night before, but now it increased to very sore and I could tell that shortly it would be unbearable. I held out no hope that someone could do something over the weekend but thought that before I called out on my shift, I would try to at least get something scheduled. I had gone to Tom Bartoletti in Sheridan growing up so I called Mike. Not only was I surprised that he answered, but he said,"can you be here in 20min?" Elated as I could be, having tooth pain and all, I went down to his office. The extraction was done in 10-15min. He gave me the numbing shots with paperwork on a clipboard still in my hand!! When I asked if he takes debit/credit cards, he said,"don't worry about it. The lady that does my billing will get in touch with you." I couldn't believe I made it to work on time, as well as not having to think about how I had just spent more money than I had made that day. I did of course, but I didn't have to think about it. (very reasonable-$145) Not bad for a Saturday morning 20min emergency extraction!!! Well done!!

New in community, colleague referred me to Dr. Bartoletti. Called to ask if taking new patients and was told yes. Asked to make an appointment and was advised to be put on the "call when we have a cancellation" list. Waited six months, no call. I called office. They said I'm still on the list. Waited 3 more months, no call. I called and spoke with a new person in office who wasn't aware of the list and said they weren't taking new patients. I'm sure Dr. is fine but seems to be missing something in the office. I would have preferred to know 9 months ago that I could not have been seen.

I've have the pleasure of being Dr Bartoletti patient. He is by far the best dentist I have been to and believe me I've been to many threw out the years . He is very pleasant and caring just a great dentist.Great at his game !!!! Thank you Dr Bartoletti and great staff.
