These guys messed up my wife's appointment. They scheduled her for 8 am. We arrived at 7:45 and they told us we were an hour late and would need to reschedule. My wife used vacation time for this so I got a little frustrated and showed them the appointment card they previously gave us showing 8:00. The receptionist was rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake. After speaking with another person they agreed to accommodate my wife. Upon leaving they told us to never return because I was being "aggressive". (I never raised my voice.)
This is our second visit and we've had issues both times. These people are not considerate of other's time. A simple misunderstanding could have been easily remedied but instead they deflect blame onto the customer/patient rather than providing customer service.
Visiting the dentist is stressful for people. A good office is understanding, empathetic, and comforting - qualities I haven't experienced here.
So, we'll happily go elsewhere.

The staff are all very personable, kind, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. In fact I have on numerous occasions.
