These guys messed up my wife's appointment. They scheduled her for 8 am. We arrived at 7:45 and they told us we were an hour late and would need to reschedule. My wife used vacation time for this so I got a little frustrated and showed them the appointment card they previously gave us that said 8:00. The receptionist was rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake. After speaking with another person they agreed to accommodate my wife. Upon leaving they told us to never return because I was being "aggressive". (I never raised my voice.)
This is our second visit and we've had issues both times. These people are not considerate of other's time. A simple misunderstanding could have been easily remedied but instead they deflect blame onto the customer/patient rather than providing customer service.
Visiting the dentist is stressful for people. A good office is understanding, empathetic, and comforting - qualities I haven't experienced here.
So, we'll happily go elsewhere.

I had to do an emergency appointment for an extraction of an abscessed tooth today and I am so completely satisfied with the services I received. I am fearful of the dentist, I had to bring my 2 young kiddos along for the beginning portion, and we were also combatting my nausea and vomiting from my current pregnancy; everyone in the office was so incredibly kind and patient.
