Dr. Poulson is the best dentist I’ve ever met. He was super thorough and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my crown. He also speaks Thai fluently which is a plus for me. Highly recommended!

Justin...it seemed that you were in a hurry today.....This was my first tooth extraction in 47 years...since my wisdom teeth were removed... I had mentioned prior to starting..that I was curious of what shape the tooth was in... When you were finished with the procedure..you left immediately without hardly one word.
During the procedure...your assistant talked non-stop laughing and commenting about the words of the songs that were playing and at one point...sharing about eels somewhere in Europe where she spent time,were fascinating to her as they ate garbage. and numerous other nonsensical topics.. Just seemed quite unprofessional.
When you left and she handed me the list of instructions...she started going down the list talking so fast as I was trying to read the instructions , that it was just frustrating!!! I am a nurse and can certainly understand instructions but the constant and fast rattling of the assistant was quite unsettling ..then she escorted me to the front and continued non-stop talking.Thank God that Joan and the sweet other gal , keep a calmness at the front desk( so sorry that I'm so bad with names) because she ( the sweet gal), (Joan is also very nice) CALMLY went over the important points to follow. I think the atmosphere and conversation need to be taken more into consideration. I'm all for a relaxed and comforable environment but this was abit over the top !!

I would definitely NEVER recommend these scammers to anyone. They tell you one quote, charge you double and then send you to collections. Even insurance confirmed their charges are obscene. Its heart breaking that in such a great town there is such an awful place taking advantage of people. We have found much better service for half the price.

I made the switch to Dr. Poulson and could not be happier. Super comprehensive exam and follow up cleaning. Dr. is easy to talk to and you can tell he cares about your dental health. Loved the office and staff - Roxi, Joan and Kristyn all made me feel at home. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Poulson today, and he was the first dentist that I have been to that took the time to explain why I have recession in my gum line. He also made me feel very comfortable and made the experience not only educational but also pleasant, and his staff were excellent as well! Coming from a lot of dental trauma it was nice to meet with a doctor that truly loved his job and his patients. Thank you to everyone who helped me today and I am excited to start this journey!
