My son and I were visiting from out of state. He chipped his tooth at dinner and had to try and sleep with the pain. We went to the local health clinic at 6am only to be turned away bc their dentist will not see children (even though my son is 11). I called Nielsen dental and asked if I could make it in on an emergency, they were so polite and kind. They said they were down a dentist today but to still come in at 10am they might be able to squeeze us in. Before I made it home they had called me back with a last minute cancellation and said my son can be seen immediately! What a blessing. The dentist was precise quick and fixed all the damage with no pain to my son. I cannot recommend this place more!

I love the care I get at this place. No complaints with any of that. Took one star off simply because they are always booked out like 6 months. It's really hard to get in if there's a unplanned need. But the staff does try their hardest to fit you in somewhere if need be.

Great dental office. They are super friendly, from the ladies at the front and the hygienist all the way to Dr. Fife and Dr. Nielson. Dr. Fife took my concerns seriously and tailored his care accordingly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my care.

Great visit as usual. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Even though I moved way from the area 6 years ago I continue to drive here twice per year (200 miles per round trip) because I appreciate the quality dental care I have received here for almost 20 years.

This dental clinic does great work, but is not for high-context personalities.
The doctors are knowledgeable and efficient, and the front desk ladies are down-to-business. But I have had to call this clinic multiple times after my appointments to get all my questions answered. If, like me, you need more context and information to inform your decisions, you may not have a good time.
