Front office seems to be unable to provide an invoice or schedule the next appointment. Good help is hard to find I suppose, but people have a choice when it comes to dental care. That reflects on the whole practice. Best to clean it up. I called to confirm an appointment and was told I had none. What could possess me to put that on my Google Calendar? We purchased a discount policy which was ignored on my last visit. These folks may be sketchy.

Dr. Vanzant called personally and apologized for the misunderstanding. I explained we are quite pleased with the dental service Summit Dental provides just not the office procedures and scheduling. I suppose I should have asked for a statement in addition to the credit card receipt the last 2 visits. Normally a billing statement comes with the payment receipt.
I compared my credit card receipts prior to and after purchasing the discount plan, and we are getting the discounts after all. So I was wrong on that accusation.
I am now rescheduled for a check up. Dr. Vanzant did that for me personally. What is important here is Summit's efforts to make things right, right away. They did that. The quality of dental care was never in question. I recommend Summit Dental.

Adding to my previous review below. Another great experience two years later. Hygenist katherine was very thourough yet gentle and patient with my cleaning today. Dr Mark was so pleasant as always. My boyfriend also loves this dentist. He recently needed a a crown. The staff worked with him to get the lowest cost possible and did a great job on the dentistry. I hope these guys stay around forever because it would be hard to find another dentist i like so much.
Previously: Very pleasant experience. I went in with pain and came out feeling instantly better. Each of the staff members was very friendly and understanding of my situation. The dentist and assistant worked seamlessly together to fix up my cavity. I will be going back for all of my future dental work and would highly recommend to anyone else. Thanks guys!

Office staff couldn't be nicer. I needed a minor repair and although I was mistakenly an hour early, they took me right in and I was out in 20 minutes, no charge. Recently Dr. Mark did some critical work for me and did a great job.

Nice, natural looking veneer!.Dr. Vanzant, (along with Leroy & Heather), did a great job! Dr. Vanzant took time to make sure the tooth was the right shade and fit well, and that I was happy with the result. Cleanings are also done with care, and Chris in the front office was great to work with in finding follow up appointments for me. Great office and staff!

I have tried several dentists in the valley over the last few years and summit dental has been by far the best I have been to. The staff is wonderful and friendly. New patient here, and I highly recommend. They explained the reasons for some of my dental issues in a way that my last dentist either didn't know or didn't bother to to tell me. Hygienist Eric rocks. Usually, I'm bored by the semi-friendly banter that comes with a cleaning. Eric was funny and genuinely friendly. Mark Vanzant was thorough and professional, without trying to sell me some insanely marked-up item. It's a relief to finally find a good dental clinic!
