Always a positive experience from check in staff through hygienist appointment, through great care by Dr Smith. They greet, teach, council, and follow through with planning before you go back out the door. All recommendations are backed by clear photographic illustrations and explanation.

*Edit/update* my son has had to have some dental work done and both times (they split it into 2 appts) everyone has been excellent. They have something for the kiddos to watch and they helped him feel comfortable and confident to sit through his first dental work experience. I am very glad I gave them another chance and will be confident to continue bringing my kiddos here. I appreciate how they helped my kiddo feel like he was doing great and was brave. It made him absolutely not afraid of the dentist.
*original* Mostly all was well. There was some confusion as I had made our appts (5kids) well over a month before then only found out they changed the time of the appts when I got an automated call to remind me. Then found they had canceled my twin boys’ appts once we got to the office. They never told me about either change. The cancelling of our young boys’ appts was the most frustrating as we live a ways away. I know things happen but it sure made for a frustrating visit. I am willing to try again but am hoping this doesn’t happen regularly! Overall everyone was quite friendly.

Awesome staff and very attentive. There were atleast three people in the room with me at all times I felt like I was very well taken care of. The staff was always talking to me to keep my mind distracted. I will go back and will recommend others.

I will be honest I always dread going to the dentist but with the service I receive at Deer Creek Dental I never miss an appointment. Love Dr. Smith and the entire staff at deer creek in Lewistown. They are great with my 2 little boys. Very thorough and always explain everything. My sons love picking out of the treasure chest when they are done. Highly recommend!
