I have been going to Dr. Duke for almost 4 years and out of every dentist office I have been to I can honestly say that this is the best Dentist office I have ever been to. The staff and Dr. Duke are amazing they don’t just treat you like a number they treat you like family which I appreciate so much. It’s scary sometimes to go into a dentist to get your teeth worked on but go when you go here you won’t have that feeling. The staff and Dr. Duke joke around and make me laugh while I’m there and that makes my day every time. I love going to my appointments because even though I might be numb and swollen after having my teeth worked on I still walk out of there with a smile on my face and almost always laughing. The receptionist are so professional and sweet on the phone and in person which makes it feel so comfortable and cozy while you sit there waiting to see the doctor. I will never go to another Dentist as long as Dr. Duke is around.

Everyone at Bitterroot Dental is friendly and experienced. My teeth always feel amazing after every cleaning and they always explain everything. Dr Duke is very gentle and provides the best care available.

I have always had great dental care here but unfortunately, the administrative staff has had multiple issues billing me in a correct and timely manner.

Update: I previously left a low rating for this office as I tried multiple times to resolve the billing issues with the office manager with no success. After posting this review Dr. Duke personally reached out to resolve the issue and in the end he did just that. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!

As someone who normally hates the dentist, I have never been to an office that makes their patients feel so looked after and cared for. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and the front staff is unbelievably helpful and kind. They worked with me to not only clean my teeth, but to set me up for long-term care and advice on financial assistance. I genuinely refer people here all the time, Dr. Duke is amazing and both you and your teeth are in great hands. Awesome!!!

I have been to a lot of doctors the last 10 years and several dentists as well. I had an appointment today and that entire office ran like a well-oiled machine. The staff and dr. Duke we're extremely professional and caring about my issue that I went in for today.

Having been to many dentist offices (as I have moved to several states) throughout my career I have to say that Bitterroot Dental has been my favorite. Doctor Duke and his staff are always pleasant and treat you as a friend. They are personable yet always professional. They truly care about you and want to be your long term solution to professional dental care.I have never had a uncomfortable visit and I'm very happy with the work they have done for me! I recommend them!

Bitterroot Dental provides service that is professional, friendly, and thorough. Dr. Duke's use of technology has completely changed my oral care experience. My last visit involved removing and filling a cavity. The laser not only made my trip to the dentist quick but almost completely painless. I did not need to be numbed for the procedure and still felt little to no pain. I am so impressed and can say for the first time in my life going to the dentist is a pleasant experience. Oh! And the magazine selection in the lobby is just one small indicator of how much Dr. Duke cares about his patients.

Definately the best dental office in Missoula! Got me in quickly for a dental emergency even though I wasn't a patient there. Established care with them and had my appointments sceduled very quickly. Dr Duke cares about your needs and talks to you about your fears and concerns. His staff is absolutely amazing. They are all extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and are extremely friendly. I have never been to an office with such a great team and "bedside manner". Thanks Bitterroot Dental you are my team for life!

Bitterroot Dental was extremely thorough and gentle with my cleaning, and very kind and friendly. They made me feel more at home and at ease there. Definitely one of my best dental experiences over all, and highly recommend them.

I am scared to death of needles and i only mentioned this once during my very first visit and they have made sure my comfort levels are always a priority every time. I have had several cleanings and a filling and every visit has been painless, informative and comfortable. Dr. Duke and every staff member are always friendly, humorous, professional and, most importantly in my opinion, empathetic. I would highly recommend Bitteroot Dental to anyone who has teeth, especially if they are as nervous about dental appointments as I was.
