Excellent experience! The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My appointments were quick and easy. Dr. Duke is a very personable, professional man who knows a lot about his practice and explains things thoroughly, patiently and clearly. I had two small cavities filled using the laser and it was totally pain free. I would recommend him as a dentist for anyone who needs work.

I have not been to the dentist for 18+ years. Dr. Duke did not make me feel worst than I already did and listened to my concerns about the work I would need. I had my first dental work done today and the experience was great (for having to have a tooth extracted). The office staff were nice and the dental assistents were very nice.

All staff are excellent and welcoming they make it a very comfortable visit also Dr. Duke is an amazing dentist!! They they work with you on many variations of payment and accept Medicaid which is wonderful. Also they were able to accommodate my wife during a dental emergency where they came above and beyond out of their way to get her in.

I had an appointment today that involved my first experience with laser dentistry. Upon entering the room, Dr. Duke immediately asked how I was feeling about the procedure because he noticed how tense I was. I confirmed that I was really, really anxious and scared. He took the extra time, and patience, to do his best to ease my anxiety. He kept asking me how I was doing throughout the procedure. I really appreciated his caring, understanding attitude and demeanor! Come to find out, my anxiety was unwarranted. The laser procedure was not painful at all and was over before I knew it. Everyone on the staff is always courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bitterroot Dental!!!
