Cornerstone Dental Missoula

After not seeing a dentist for a couple years, I signed up with cornerstone with tons of anxiety about going back after so long. From the moment I entered the building, I felt a sense of welcome and positivity from the staff, and I instantly felt better! One of the schedulers, Sydney, and Dr. Fisher, are just a couple of amazing women that make my experiences there so amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Who likes going to the dentist?!? I do 😁 Dr. Fisher and her crew at Cornerstone Dental are Amazing, they are so compassionate & caring. They answer all my questions and make going to the dentist enjoyable. I look forward to seeing Brooke in March for my cleaning. The dentist has historically not been my favorite experience, but ever since I came to Cornerstone that has changed. The people here are so kind and caring, and they always answer my questions. I never feel judged. Am I starting to look forward to dentist appointments? It’s possible! All thanks to Cornerstone.

Such a friendly and helpful staff, Dr Fischer is so kind. She is always checking in on how I am doing while getting worked on. I can't recommend them enough! If you have dental anxiety, this is the place for you.

For some background, I'm 40 years old and became a patient of Cornerstone Dental when I moved to the area 1 1/2 years ago. I initially liked going to this dentist. On my first visit, the hygienist and dentist identified a new cavity that needed filling and an existing filling that needed to be replaced. That was a good experience getting that handled (as fun as dental work can be). These two cavities are the only cavities I've had my entire life. My previous dentist always praised the condition of my teeth and I usually had no problems. On what I believe was my third regular cleaning at Cornerstone, I had a different hygienist and things immediately went downhill. She mentioned right away that I had multiple fractures in my teeth from what she thought was some hard clenching at night. This was very alarming to me! Cracks in my teeth are not what I want! After starting the gum recession check, she stopped what she was doing and said that we needed to get serious about my gum recession. She recommended that we not continue with my usual cleaning and inspection because what I really needed was tooth scaling and root planing. She spoke with the dentist about her recommendations and the dentist agreed. The hygienist asked if I had a family history of diabetes and I told her that my grandfather did have diabetes. She suggested that my gums might be in poor heath because I might have diabetes! This took me extremely off guard! I ended up making a doctors appointment to get tested for diabetes right away and the tests came back negative. Perhaps the hygienists shouldn't be giving out such serious diagnoses without testing first. Cornerstone sent me home without finishing the regular cleaning and sent a quote to my insurance to see if they would pay for the multiple deep cleaning sessions they recommended. Several weeks later, I got a letter from my dental insurance saying that they would not pay for the deep cleaning and that it would cost $800 for each of the two sessions I would require. I made an appointment for a checkup at another dentist in town and I just had that cleaning done. The conclusion at the new dentist was that overall, my teeth looked good. They didn't mention any stress cracks from clenching. I have some gum recession typical for my age with one problem area between two back teeth that I need to make sure I'm flossing often. But other than that, the new dentist sent me on my way. I respect Cornerstone Dental taking an aggressive approach to keep people's mouths healthy, but it was unfortunate that I felt I had to get a second opinion and ultimately switch dentists.

Dr. Rogers and her team are wonderful! They are always competent and take time to explain everything they are doing. This was my third visit and I have no complaints!

I have always severely feared the dentist due to bad past experiences. Dr.Fisher quickly changed all that. Love that women!! Best dentist office hands down.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Cornerstone Dental. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and their office is incredibly clean. It was clear each of their hygienists and dentists took extra care to be gentle, calming, and provide a positive experience. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable for the quality of service. I would highly recommend their office, especially for folks who have anxiety at the dentist.

Every time I go there the employees are super friendly and they show that they really care for their patients. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Dental to anyone especially if someone has had a bad dentist experience. They will change their mind after one visit. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!!!

The entire staff was courteous and efficient and did a wonderful job. Dr. Rogers is very through and incredibly competent. The best dentist I have had in years.
