Been with the same practice for 3 decades. I had to cancel a cleaning for the first time ever. I called waaay in advance to cancel and couldn’t get rescheduled for over 8 months! Seems like they care more about getting more patients than serving the ones that have been there forever.
That said they are very friendly and do good work.
