When it comes to my health, I only use referrals. This dental office was referred to me and I am grateful it was. You can tell a lot about an office based on how you are greeted and they types of technology they use.
I was greeted by Michele at the front desk. The forms were minimal but comprehensive and I appreciated the low environmental impact of their intake forms. Michele was very friendly and very helpful with breaking down how my insurance is used.
Paula was my next contact, she got me hooked up with x-rays and ready for my cleaning. Paula was friendly and engaging. I always get anxious going into the dentist, so having friendly staff goes a long way with me as it eases my anxiety.
I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Austin Erler. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have never had a dentist explain and educate me in the way he did. I see a bright future for this office with dentist like Dr. Austin Erler involved.
To book end my experience...Tracey...the hygienist...probably the most joyful person there! She was great! She was soooo good I felt guilty for eating after my appointment...my teeth felt so amazing! I was inspired to "Do better" with my daily habits of flossing, water picking, and brushing (the entire 2 min lol) There is no hiding your bad habits from Tracey :)
All in all, a pleasant experience and I will be back! Thanks for the fun new tool to use with my floss.

Dr. Austin Erler took every care & was so compassionate. I think I may get back to not being afraid of dentists once again. We also had some good laughs together along with staff. Excellent looking temporary front top tooth for crown in 2 weeks.

Highly recommend! I have had fluoride spots on my two front teeth for as long as I can remember and Dr. Austin Erler was able to magically get rid of them just months before my wedding. The environment of the dental office is also lighthearted and you are treated like you’re a part of the family.
