I unfortunately had a part of my back molar break off yesterday. Dr. Whalen was the only dentist that could get me in ASAP and accepted my insurance. I had an appointment the next day after calling. I thought I was going to have to have my tooth pulled but he saved it. He was thorough and kind. He did a wonderful job numbing my tooth. I didn’t even feel the needle when he stuck my gums. There are a lot of terrible reviews on here for him, but my experience was just fine. He just called personally to check on me and how I was feeling. He was more than sweet and caring on the phone, and so far I have zero complaints about his work. My tooth looks great and I am not in any pain.

On the recommendation of friends, I went to Dr. Rosser for a second opinion because I keep breaking crowns. My crown broke and fell off just before dental services were being limited due to Covid-19. My regular dentist was out for the week, and I wanted to get a temporary solution before offices shut down completely. My regular dentist made it clear that it wasn’t an emergency, so I didn’t feel right asking him to come in. I went to Rosser’s office and not only did he refuse to treat me, he sent a letter to my regular dentist telling him I’d been in to see them. Who does that?

Ron has been working on my teeth for over 20 years. Several root canals, crowns and the latest an implant. He has always given me great advice and service. Extremely happy with his work!!

I avoided the dentist for 15 years until I heard about Dr. Loftus. This was my 2nd appointment with him and his team and I truly am so grateful to have a dentist that I trust 100%. He is the best!

Dr.Rosser did high quality work with my fillings and included some preventative education! My night guard was perfectly fitted, and they had me come in to check on the fit regularly.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next day with no problems. The staff was great and very professional. I thought the doctor was very thorough and good at his job and he was funny also. I recommend him and his staff to anyone. Thanks for helping me.

I was actually pretty happy with this dentist and had an appointment to get some fillings and another appointment to get a cleaning. I got ex rays and an exam and the office is a little dated but everyone was very friendly. I had an appointment to get a filling and I woke up in the morning with some kind of stomach bug so I called them at 930 am and my appointment was at 4pm. There was an extremely rude receptionist who I have never spoken to before who informed me that I would be charged 50$ for cancelling. I said well I'm sick would you like me to come anyways? She said YES!? What kind of dental practice wants sick patients coming into their office. I said my appointment is not until 4 and I called you as soon as I could. She was snotty and had zero customer service skills. If a dental office wants patients to come into their office when they are sick then I do not want anyone there sticking their hands in my mouth. I told her to cancel all future appointments. Horrible customer service and horrible policy. Great way to lose clients.

First time back to the dentist since COVID and it was a great experience. Super friendly staff and good vibes all around. I would recommend to anyone!

The dentist here lacks empathy, bedside manner, and overall manners in general . I had the worst experience of my entire 43 years here. I was never greeted, procedures were not explained to me, and I was caused a significant amount of unnecessary pain. He even acted inconvenienced he had to do his job. They over charged me, are very unprofessional, and I would be ashamed of myself if I EVER recommended this dentist to anyone. Stay away!!!
