I’ve been blessed with a couple of situations with 3 of my children! The staff here has ALWAYS been very helpful and accommodating to these situations. And that alone makes my experience with them, far better than it truly could be!
Not to mention the individual staff members are 5 star worthy as well! From the receptionists, all the way to the Dentists and everyone in between. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone or anything at this office!
I have 5 kids, ages 14, 10, 9, 1 and 1. The younger 2 have not yet been to the dentist. But I’m hopefully for a great visit when I do take them in for the first time. But my older 3 have never had a complaint or fear the dentist office visits. I truly think that is because of the good experiences that they have had here!

Love everybody at Family First! Had Beth take my xrays and Lindsay did my cleaning! Both of them are super nice and absolute rockstars! Dr. Misner does a great job and him being a fellow Chiefs fan helps! I hate the dentist, but these people make it suck less!

Hygienist Lindsay and Dr. Mizner were amazing with my 9 year old. They are both exceptional with kids and explaining things in a way that is true but easy for kids to understand so they are not afraid.

I called to try and get my daughter seen for a severe toothache. First they told me they were sorry they didn’t take Medicare or Medicaid. Neither of which we use. Then stated their doctors did not take emergencies on this day. We were never offered a different day or time. Very snotty, rude, and disrespectful.
