Dr. Megan went above and beyond to provide me with pain relief and care after I had a tooth break. I went to see the amazing people at Horizon West Dental late in the day as I was in allot of pain and they immediately went to work to give me the care I needed. Thank you Dr. Megan.

The building is beautiful - inside and out. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and I had a very short wait to be seen by the hygienist. Patient room was spotless and both the hygienist and dentist were wonderful - they both explained every step and were friendly, gentle, and efficient. I will definitely be recommending Horizon West to everyone I know!

Dr. Eitemiller is one of the best dentists I have ever gone to. Her professionalism and attention to detail are top-notch. So far, she has filled a lost filling, replaced a crown, and reinstalled an implant that failed on me. All her work has been excellent and pain-free. Crawford also boasts an amazingly friendly and easy to work with crew. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had a great experience at Horizon West Dental in Crawford. I got right in and it didn’t take long to get the three filings. There was no pain during the procedure. The Doctor and staff were all very friendly and helpful explaining my insurance for further dental work. I feel very comfortable going back.

They fit me in on a short notice due to busted teeth and helped me out tremendously. I can honestly say after seeing dentists from Virginia to Nevada, Dr. Eitemiller has hands down been the best. I'm excited to continue to work with them through the rest of my dental issues. I would recommend to anyone and plan on having my kids come here too!

You will start out being impressed with the lovely, calming atmosphere this office provides. Next, you will notice the friendly, smiling staff who are not there just to collect a paycheck. They make you feel welcome and do whatever they can to help with your comfort. Dr. Hanlon, my dentist, was incredibly kind and very meticulous yet gentle with the actual dental work, in spite of the fact that he's obviously a busy, hard-working young man. I definitely trust him with my (delicate) mouth! I thank the good Lord I found him. :0)

I am always anxious of going to see a dentist for anything. But I went to Horizon Dental and the dental staff and Dr. Hanlon were so kind and gentle and I was immediately put to ease with everything they did. I have never experienced that before so it was a new and yet surprisingly nice feeling. So a big thank you to Dr. Hanlon and his staff for making my experience with dentists a changed one.

Horizon West Dental, is far from just a business, it is an experience. I have been going to the Crawford branch now for several years, my dentist that I had for 20 years retired, leaving me in need of a dentist, I did try a few here in Scottsbluff, but wasn't satisfied. When I called up to Crawford to set up my first appointment, I was addressed by a very friendly lady who didn't treat me as a number nor as just someone needing service, but as a person. This was representing a company at it's best!! Great job Cari!!!!
Here they don't just call your name when it's time to go back, the hygienist comes up front introduces themself, asks you how you are doing, this is not done as simply a rhetorical question as they are walking away, they actually take the time to stand there facing you. Unheard of!! But greatly appreciated!!
When they went to work on my teeth at any time if I had pain or discomfort it was addressed immediately and delt with. Which is important to me as well as any customer, because if your in pain or discomfort, you don't go back or you put it off. I have never left there feeling hurt, unsatisfied, still in pain, or that they were rude. The staff here doesn't just go about their job they inform you what they are doing and why, and put it all in terms that are understandable. This is important to me for two reasons it not only informs me as a patient, but also shows me they KNOW what they are doing because if someone can't put things in relevant terms to the individual they really don't understand what they are doing. Now when the work is done they don't just simply snap the gloves off and say "bye", they again ask if any discomfort is present, and walk me out shake my hand. The screening process has to be an intense one to find people that match both professional and personal interaction with the patiences as well as they do. The equipment and facility, is modern and very clean, and again the staff all knows how to use and explain all of it.
My schedule is not typical 9-5 and this office has been great at making my appointments, match when I am in area or state. So scheduling is no excuse for not going.
I leave Horizon West Dental feeling very satisfied with the work they do, with the way I was treated, and look forward to my next visit. The staff isn't just employees, they are friends of mine. Awesome job all of you!!

Horizon West Dental in Crawford were AMAZING!!! I normally would drive a little over 50 miles to the dentist that is affiliated with the Crawford office. I was going to be seen in Alliance but the dentist was going on Maternity leave. However the Alliance office was wonderful too as they got a hold of the Crawford office and transferred all my insurance information to the office in Crawford. Crawford office took it from there and got me in IMMEDIATELY! The girls in the office and the dentist is the best I have had in my entire life! Even though this office is 85 miles from my home, I am returning to them on a regular basis and my entire family will start being seen there. I cannot say enough about this office. Thank you so much.

Dr. Hanlon is awesome at being gentle, thorough, and friendly all at once! They have some of the most high tech equipment, helping them to provide the best care! I am so grateful for how they treat clients; and the ladies at the front, BEST LADIES EVER, they are the true meaning of SERVICE WITH A SMILE, they are sweet, accommodating, professional, and caring! Could not ask for a better dentist's office!
