My family and I have been patients of Dr Kerns for over 15 years. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk need better training when requesting and appointment. If you ask for an appointment but they required X-rays you wait 2 weeks and then tell you after the X-rays they can’t get you in until another 4 weeks.

Dr. Serbousek is one of a kind. He is very professional and his chair side manner is awesome. If you hate going to the dentist like I used to, I promise you that you won't feel that way after one visit with him. His work is great and I highly recommend him. Also his staff tests you like family as well.

When going to see Dr. Santin, it feels like you are being taken care of like family. I don't like dentists (nothing personal!) But I know I will be taken care of when I am sitting in that chair. The hygienists are great too. I would highly recommend to my family or friends! Oh wait I have!

Went here for about four years, and it is hands down the best dental office I've ever used. The atmosphere, the staff, and the hygenist quality of work all stand out (I had Michelle specifically, but the other hydenists were good, too). Dr. Kearns was very down-to-earth and gave good advice. They always were very open about what my insurance would cover for me. Since moving away from Grand Island about a year ago, I've yet to find another dental office near as good as this one.
