Erin, Whitney and Dr. Fuss have been really nice with me. They did such a great job and always treated me wonderfully.
I'm very grateful with them. Dr Fuss is a good and caring professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely the best Dentist I've ever seen in my life. Erin at the front desk, professional and so sweet. I've been to many Dental offices in the past and this practice is the best, so much so that I have recommended them to my family members. Molly, oh my goodness, no pain cleaning..Katie has to be the best Dental Assistant I've ever known, engaging, delightful, and so very professional. Now Dr. Fuss, I'm very critical of my reviews, reviews have to be honest so others can make decisions based on true and factual results from patients. I've recommended Dr. Fuss to all my family members..So should you.

The Kimball Family Dentistry team has taken the utmost care of my children’s teeth. Not only are they exceptional at their work but they are very involved in the community and make great efforts to show all of our kids they are each special. Being on medicaid and unable to drive long distances, I was looking to get the family in for dental work as this is the only Dentist in the Nebraska panhandle that accepts medicaid. Upon talking with them, this doctor chooses to only accept medicaid for children and not their parents (so much for being a FAMILY dentistry, huh? More like pediatrics only) although we all have medicaid coverage. But let's not forget the fact that the front desk lady was and is quite rude and unpleasant to talk with - especially once she found out we had medicaid. It was as if she wanted nothing to do with any of us finding out we were in medicaid. She was short tempered and just clearly unwilling to be of any help. That being said, since I'd have to pay out of pocket for my own personal services here (even though I have medicaid that covers dental), I'll just choose to take our family to Pine Bluffs and pay for it all out of pocket there. That way we can all have the same dentist who cares equally about their patients and families with no discrimination on our ages or income. And on a plus note about Pine Bluffs, the front office person in Pine Bluffs was much more accommodating and friendly when comparing to the old grumpy lady for a office person in Kimball. I'd recommend anyone to goto the Pine Bluffs dentist office a million times over instead of the outdated, backdoor, unprofessional, hole-in-the-wall dentists office who has no pride in what they do that's located in Kimball.

Dr Fuss is a very trustworthy dentist. I know I can come get dental work done by him and I will leave pleased with the outcome. I’ve had various insurance carriers throughout the years and can’t say I ever felt “judged” because of it. My children actually enjoy going for teeth cleanings because of how kind and accommodating everyone is! The environment is very welcoming and family-friendly. Kimball is fortunate to have such a conscientious dentist!

What a horrible and extremely rude experience. I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect by a dentist office as this front office lady-grinch did. The front office grinch has zero compassion, respect or patience which has clearly been made apparent by the previous reviews made over the past YEARS. She's condescending and dense, I truly don't understand how she's even allowed to be in customer service or answer phones - let alone a front desk person in a dental office. Perhaps that's all she's good at - sitting in an office chair, eating food, and picking up the phone, even though she can barely even do that in a proper and polite way. She went on and belittled me and my family for being on Medicaid, basically saying if we weren't poor then we would be able to afford them, so we should look elsewhere for dental care. Kimball Family Dentistry also manipulates and deletes their negative FB reviews to try and make their business look as if it's liked or popular, when in fact they had more negative reviews than positive, hence the reason the deleted and disabled FB reviews. This office very unprofessional, extremely outdated, and their workers have zero integrity or compassion. Get with the times, or get left behind. I wouldn't recommend Kimball Family Dentistry to my worst enemy - avoid Kimball Family Dentistry at all costs.

Very professional office staff. Dr. Fuss was great at explaining the condition and overall health of my teeth. Molly was very good at making me feel comfortable during my cleaning. Overall great experience!!!!

Horrible!!! Dr Foose was vary unprofessional!! Tryed to make me feel like a horrible parent because my kids were on Medicaid!

Have never met more rude staff in all my life. The person answering the phone really needs to learn some kind of ppl. skills.
