I do not recommend this place' they are not professional.I got an appointment at 4:00 pm before 2 months when I left my work and drove about 6 miles to them ,the lady said we canceled your appointment and gave it to another patient. Then she told me your appointment is not at 4:00. I am very sure it is at 4:00 because i registered the appointment in my house in two different paper beside i cold them before ine week and they confirm the appointment. I do not know why they disappointed me and why do they li.

I normally don't write google reviews but felt I needed too for this place. They are amazing. I hate going to the dentist office but the whole time they were working on my tooth (root canal) they were calming and very reassuring the whole time. I highly recommend them y'all they are awesome.

I would NOT recommend this dentist to anybody simply because they lack professionalism. First off, it took me a long time to even get into the office, my first appointment was made to have x-rays done of my teeth and to clean my teeth since it has been a long time since I have been in the dentist office. When I came for my appt., that was made for 8a.m., they called me in at 8:25 (due to being short staffed). Lexy (assistant) never explained what they are going to do nor that they might do a partial x-rays. When Dr. Chilka came in, she too never explained what they were going to do. She just said she wants to do a root canal even though I do not have any pain, she never considered my opinion about it. And then, she simply walked out, never consulted me about the overall health of my whole mouth/teeth. I asked Lexy if they did an x-ray of my all teeth, she said they did not because Dr. Chilka did not want her to do it because I did not have wisdom teeth and back teeth in the upper jaw usually need work done. I was so confused by all this. And, since she had already made appointments for the root canal sometime in April and for teeth cleaning in May, I just told her to cancel both appts. Nothing they said or did made sense to me. Obviously, they have their plan on how to deal with every individual, without ever offering detailed explanation of your health of your mouth/teeth, nor ever giving me, as a patient, to make a decision about what I am ok with to be done, totally ignored the reason why I even came into the office for. I want to mention that Dr. Chilka had very long nails, which talks volumes about how much she cares about professionalism and health of her patients. That was just disgusting to see on a health worker who directly is going to put their fingers with such long, colored nails, in patients'' mouth! I was very dissapointed with their way of treating patients like we are less than humans, especailly after reading so many "great reviews". This office and these "great reviews" are just deceiving!

I've had the best experience ever. They fixed my teeth when I didn't have any and gave me a beautiful smile. I am no longer afraid to smile with my mouth open for fear of people making fun of me that fear is gone and I have to thank Dr chilka and all the dental assistants who made this possible

Dr. Chilka Nangia and her crew are all amazing! I've never felt uncomfortable or ashamed at any of my visits. I was awake for my root canal and they all were so gentle and made sure to tell me what they were doing so I wasn't surprised by anything. My wait time has always been under 5 minutes. The hygienist, Veronica, is also amazing! She explains everything she's doing while cleaning and why she's doing it. She gives very good advice for home care. They keep a very clean office. They all ACTUALLY care and that's rare for me to find. Will not go anywhere else as long as I'm in Lincoln.

Very friendly and fast. They set up a plan with me and even accommodated for my children that I couldn't find child care for. The staff is great and I am very grateful I chose them for my dental needs. I feel I am in good hands 😊
