Dr.Baum reminds me of the dentist I had growing up. Very kind and personable. He eased my anxiety about returning to the dentist after staying away for a large amount of time. I had 2 of 3 cavities filled today and it was not a stressful experience whatsoever. Now that I know how good shape my teeth are in, I am looking forward to my six-month checkup.

I’ve been going here for years and have been happy with each visit. Beyond the willingness to accommodate with scheduling and the friendly staff, I was impressed to see the improved safety standards implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic—which they have kept in place for patients.
From my own experience, I know first hand Dr. Baum is vastly better than most chain dental practices. He doesn’t try to charge you out the nose, which I appreciated given the current economy.
It’s the care for patients before, during and after the visits that keeps me going here, even if it’s a 20 minute drive from downtown.

Had my first visit today and was very impressed! Mandy, Susan, Melinda, Olivia, and Dr. Baum were all fantastic. Very friendly, very informative, and very caring people. I have a few appointments coming up and I am feeling a little less nervous knowing that I'm in caring hands.

I got my last cavity filled last week after a few appointments with Baum. This entire experience has made me not afraid of the dentist anymore! So thankful to have found such a wonderful practice!

Great cleaning, thanks Susan, and Dr. Baum checked everything over and announced everything looked great. Best news of the day. Booked my next 6 month cleaning without hesitation. I just recently visited Dr Baum's office as a new patient and the experience was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. Dr Baum even volunteered to fix a minor issue with one of my teeth free of charge. Also, as a new patient, I was given a free teeth whitening kit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Baum to anyone looking for a new dentist. I will definitely be a return patient.

If I could rate a zero I would..Dr. Baum himself is a fantastic dentist..polite and soft spoken, his staff on the other hand are rude, especially if you ask WHY to their requests..we were told my grand daughter needed all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and 3 extra teeth that she had, the receptionist took it upon herself to CANCEL our appt with the surgeon in Omaha, and for whatever reason made our appt in Columbus Ne..and we went to appt in Omaha, only to find out it was cancelled due to appt in Columbus..the lady that cleans the teeth got upset while cleaning my grand daughters teeth because I asked why, when she said EVERYONE'S mouth is too small for wisdom teeth, and I made the comment that I am 62 yrs old and JUST had mine pulled a couple years before, and she got rude and caused my grand daughters teeth/gums to start bleeding..I told Dr. Baum about everything, but he didn't seem to care..very bad experience

Absolutely horrible service! Dr Baum walked into the room didn't even greet me or explain what he'll be doing. He's not caring and discriminating. Won't be coming back
