They were very nice, warm and friendly also had a great tone and no attitude although, the dentist really rushed my upper top partials and my bottom partiaIs. I had to go back and foward several times to get them adjusted enough to eat I don't feel they were done properly, because there are still pain, so i felt like it was a matter of being patient with them. I done that and still no good results. 😕

Sometimes it’s hard to understand the front desk person. One time they called me and they didnt tell me what I was having done. when I came in I was telling them stuff I wanted done and I didn’t know they had the stuff in to prepare for with the root canals so I was annoyed. My teeth were hurting because I was waiting to have 3 root canels done it took three months to get them done they probably have way to many clients and i felt like I wanted to go to a different dentist that could get all the my 3 root canal done sooner because it hurt so bad it was annoying the pain in my teeth.

Very rushed cavity filling which then became worse thereafter. This wasn't my first issue here I'm afraid😔 being on medicaid and no other openings anywhere else I felt I didn't have any choice. I'll be waiting through the pain and paying out of pocket, that's how bad it is.

Their service seemed like they werent prioritizing me, they just wanted to get it done quickly. They also failed to run my insurance and ended up charging me $600 for a service that should have been no cost

1 and a half years after getting my cavities filled, I'm at Aspen and I'm told my fillings came out. I felt like bright smiles was rushing it but now I know for sure I will never go back to them.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They are awful at appointment times. You wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment time, then when you ask why are you waiting so long a RUDE employee tells them to cancel your appointment. Meanwhile they schedule trainings during your appointment time!!! This has happened three times to me now. Never again would I go back there!!!

Overcharge and tricked into paying more by this office. Later on when confronted the best answer they gave was "human mistake". Human mistake got them an extra $500

Pathetic experience every single time. They always get us in 30 min to an hour after scheduled, gross seating, water damaged building and dry wall looks like child did it. While waiting for an hour today they got two other patients appointment time wrong. Lincoln residents deserve a better.

Rushed my dental cleaning, said I need a root canal, which I already knew from my previous dentist. But they said it will be covered with a 700$ Medicaid cover, the procedure alone usually costs in the 1,000$ range. I was also waiting over an hour for the cleaning appointment. Very unreasonable place. Not happy.
