Everything was efficient and courteous as always. One need given the covid-19 pandemic is for the clinician to offer the patient an appropriate place for holding patient face masks. When I was told to remove mine, I was settled into the chair, and my mask ended up on the floor after falling off my chest. That's not the place from which patients should be retrieving their masks.
