This is THE MOST unprofessional dentist I have ever went to. Office is dirty. Very short staffed. It was literally the dentist doing everything. Once I was back in the chair, he spent the whole time talking politics. I dont mind a dentist talking while doing my procedure but sheeesh, keep working. He was talking so much that he literally kept stopping my procedure to get in "talking points!" His work station area looked dirty. He was multi tasking from one patient to another and I believe left my area to go wash something i heard in another room! I think because he's the only dentist in Lincoln who accepts medicaid, they dont "invest" in the office like they should! Its outdated, old, carpets were dirty and clearly there isnt a cleaning company that comes in to clean. This is NOT appropiate for a business based on oral care! Will NOT be going back! There's definitely a difference in care between ppl who are on Medicaid vs those who are on other insurance types!

He's amazing I highly recommend him. In all the years I was at bright smile I NEVER got such care as I did he explained more than any dentist has even my girls that are in dental field. I left crying HAPPY tears. Can't wait til I see them again. An Julie is amazing to.

He makes me feel at ease and is good at helping with my anxiety of dentist.. he has never made me feel uncomfortable and is fast and efficient and affordable i was having a hard time finding anyone that takes my insurance and they got me in ASAP first dentist that has actually cared enough to help me get it taken care of. And the staff is very pleasant and nice 👍

Dr. Gouldie has done quite a little work for me and it has always been fine.
I had a partial and he replaced it with a fixed bridge. This was a good number of years ago and I am going back to have a little work done on the bridge again, to increase the margin on one mount. He is always very helpful and fast. Sure you can go somewhere else but you ARE going to pay more . He is a good and competent dentist.

Dr. Gouldie is amazing!! If I could give this establishment 100 stars I would. I've had a fear of dentists for years now after a bad experience at another dentist. Dr. Gouldie has eliminated that fear. He treats me with respect, and at the same time, jokes around and makes me feel at ease. He does awesome work on my teeth and is quick yet efficient. The receptionist is as nice as they come. She greets me at the door with a huge smile and makes me feel welcome. I now love going to the dentist. Thank you for a very deserved job well done!!

Dr.Guldie left my crown loose went for 2nd opinon and it was all bad. He supposedly did a filling that ended up with a abscess tooth. I dont recommend him. Update this Dentist sued me for a 100 dollars after I left a bad review on here. He is a total scam I paid thousands of dollars and the work he did wasn't done correctly. I advise not to go there.
