Krueger Family Dentistry

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Krueger which involved a lot more than a routine dental visit. Dr. Krueger and her dental assistant were wonderful. They explained what was going to take place to make sure we were all on the same page. They continually checked on my well being throughout the procedure. Overall, they took great care of me and I'm really happy with the result. I'm really glad we switched over to this dental office. I highly recommend Dr. Krueger.

Going to the dentist can sometimes be stressful, a little disconcerting. This dentist office is amazing! They greet you with a smile, are warm and welcoming, and they put you at ease the minute you walk in the door. The dental hygienist are friendly, gentle, very professional, and do a thorough job. The dentists are knowledgeable, take time with you and do not rush, kind, and once again very professional. I highly recommend this dentist office! You will not be disappointed.

Is truly a fabulous patient experience. Drs Krueger and Smith are the best dentists I've come across. They're always happy to see you and are more than willing to above and beyond in answering any questions or concerns you may have. The staff are absolutely fabulous, too. Shout out to the hygienist that sent me a handwritten note after I came in during a difficult time at work!

From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of by such friendly women. They attended to all needs! This was my first appointment with them and it has been years since I went to the dentist; they did everything quickly and to the best of their ability. They talked me through the xrays, gave helpful tips, and even took before and after photos of the cleaning to show me the progress. I am so impressed!

Negative stars. Ashley, the office manager is rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with the boss, Ashley snapped "That's me, I'm the office manager!" and then threatened to report me to my insurance for "being rude on the phone." I was in no way rude, I was expressing sympathy to Ashley for the difficulties their clinic had with my insurance. Ashley interrupted me, got very snippy and then accused ME of being rude. There is no reason to insult and threaten a caller like that. My worst sins were to express kindness and then, when it was thrown in my face, to ask for the boss. If Dr. Krueger fires Ashley, maybe this will be a good clinic.

Jill and the entire staff at Krueger Family Dentistry are amazing. They all are so kind, compassionate and caring. Each one of them treated me gently and with patience. I would highly recommend Jill and her staff to anyone looking for a new dentist!

My first experience at Krueger Family Dentistry was amazing! Not only was my hygienist, Emily, very sweet, personable and accommodating, she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith was equally as warm and welcoming. I felt incredibly comfortable at this office and will absolutely make this office my permanent dentist!

I am very impressed with all the girls that worked with me today, from Nancy, to the RDH, but especially Dr Krueger. I was very impressed with her personality and especially her knowledge as a dentist. She uncovered dental and medical things that I had no idea had any correlation. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I will now consider Dr Krueger my dentist.
