Preserve Lincoln Family Dentistry is a very suspicious practice. I visited when they just opened to get a cleaning done. I was told I had to get many fillings and all my wisdom teeth taken out, which was confusing because I was told different with my previous dentist back in the East Coast. I was also pressured to purchase their discounted professional whitening package which I declined. The dentist is the professional so I came in again for my fillings, and after was told to pay more than double the original amount I was quoted. When I asked what changed, the receptionist haughtily told me a quote is just a quote so I paid. Later my insurance got back to me to let me know I overpaid and in fact the original quote was correct. Preserve did not refund me and I ended up having to contact one of their other branches to receive my refund. Since then I went to another dentist and was told I do not need my half formed wisdom teeth to be taken out, and everything else looked good. Today 2 of the fillings that Preserve put in have fallen out completely and a third one is loose, which frankly did not surprise me. Months after I had them done I could not floss between the teeth properly and there were jagged edges. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash diligently so unless I am an idiot the fillings are at fault. Preserve is very suspicious and should be investigated.

Nice easy to find location. Great views through the window while sitting in the treatment room. Very clean environment. Friendly staff. The Dr was superb! She explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I was informed on costs and what my insurance would pay for because I hate surprise bills. They are upfront about everything which is what I love.

I have always been incredibly anxious of going to the dentist. This was the first time I felt as though that was acknowledged and I was put at ease immediately. Dr O'Hara shared options with me on what they could do to make me feel most comfortable and by communicating about what they were doing. Highly recommend!

This is the first totally positive dental experience that I have had. The staff from the beginning to the end of the visit were all warm and welcoming. I have (or had) a terrible fear of dentists when I went in and now I do not. This staff and Dr O’Hara coached me through my fears and were patient and understanding. I find this office, in all aspects professional and personable. I appreciate this because I am not always comfortable at the dentist! It is important to me to be relaxed. The various dental experiences have all been positive and the work superior. I wouldn't pick any place else in Lincoln.

This dental group is by far the best in Lincoln. The entire team is full is awesome kind people who make it a priority to put your needs first. I had a huge fear of dentists-- but after working with this team I couldn't have had a better experience!! If I could give TEN stars I would. If you are nervous about seeing a dentist give this team a try! You won't regret it!
