2 stars instead of 1 - the dentist is ok
However, this office has a policy that if you make an appointment and come in for that appointment but don't call in to "confirm" your appointment the day before, they will give your slot to someone else and charge you $75. If they're worried about no-shows, charge the people who don't come in for their appointment, not the people who show up in a timely manner but hadn't "confirmed."
