I originally scheduled an appointment at NorthStar Dental as the office was close to my apartment, however I continue to go back because of the exemplary customer service and patient care. My dental hygienist takes the time to chat with me before a cleaning, and remembers details from our conversations months prior. The hygienists and dentists are friendly and provide answers to questions and explanations of my dental health each step along the way. When I needed a dental implant, NorthStar was also understanding of the financial cost and willing to set up a payment plan that worked for me. I highly recommend choosing NorthStar Dental as they truly place the needs and interests of the patient first, and the office is incredibly welcoming.

I was thoroughly impressed with the dentist and medical staff that attended to me. I give the dentist 5 stars for his excellent care, personal attention and bedside manner. I can't give the office more than 3 stars because I felt pressured to pay on the spot even though I had insurance. They could have billed me. Also, I feel that their prices are very high: $355.00 for a simple extraction. Even though I like the dentist, I cannot afford to go back. Will be seeking a different practice.

Everytime I've came into your office all the girls up front were so welcoming and they made me feel comfortable explaining insurance etc. The hygienist and dentists are so patient and made my appointments go so smoothly without any anxiety when they started working on my teeth. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
