I thought this place was going to be great after reading reviews but my experience was not. First off when I called they said they accepted my insurance and after arriving and beening seen they said they called my insurance and would need to send something to be covered. Well they were not in NETWORK with my insurance and did not inform me after all the calling. All stressful, I suggest you make it clear or wait for your insurance to give you a quote before you do anything with them because they will not let you know.

If you want great dental service with great customer care Star City dental is the place to go. My previous dentist took care of me for 50 years and trying someone new is a bit challenging, however Star City dental is up to the task. If you want to walk into a place and get treated like family this is the place to go. I can't say enough good things about the dentists and staff at Star City Dental. Mimi long is amazing, in the past I have stayed away from the dentist since in the past I have gotten judge about my teeth making and just not listening to me. Depression has played a big part in my life and I hate what it has done to my smile. But Mimi has been nothing but amazing and sat me down and we came up with a game plan to get my teeth back on track. She makes this place feel like a safe and judge free zone.
