This friendly and attentive staff has gone above and beyond to create a personalized experience to match my schedule and needs. This is the second crown placement I have had in my personal restoration plan, Dr. Vacek delivers truly delivers with the CEREC one-visit crown technology. The crowns look and feel natural, each one created and placed in less than an hour!

I love Vacek Family Dentistry. You are greeted with a smile from the time you walk-in to the time you walk-out. Sheila is great at scheduling and assisting all patient via phone or in-person. Next the hygienist (Kelsey or Morgan) also greet you with a smile and explain everything they are doing while cleaning. And finally Dr.Vacek, he is amazing; great to talk with (of course always smiling) and wanting to learn about his patients. He talks through your care plan in great detail and treats you like a person not another patient.

The facility:
Very clean all around. Lobby is neat and comfortable. Consult room is very well organized and functional. Treatment room is bright, clean, and comfortable.
The Dentist:
Dr. Vacek is amazing! He is very thorough during examination and addressed my concerns very well. He explained his findings and treatment plans based on his knowledge and experience. Part of my treatment plan was an extraction so I can get my braces put in, that was a very surprising visit. I expected to be in at least some kind of pain, during and especially after the process, however, I felt no pain at all. He even called to follow up the next day to make sure I was doing well or if I had any concerns.
The Staff:
Ms. Sheila at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. Very detail oriented and very personable! From setting an appointment, to insurance, billing, coordination of care with my orthodontist, every detail of my treatment, and any further questions I had, she was extremely helpful.
The hygienist was also great! She explains what she's doing and about to do so I know what to expect. She would ask if I wanted to take a break, or if it is painful. She is very pleasant.
The overall service is amazing. I have always had a great experience in Dr. Vacek's clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Vacek!

Warning! Authenticity ahead. It’s embarrasingly been over 10 years since I’ve been to the dentist. I haven’t had any significant pain, so what was the point, right? If I would’ve known that my visit could have been as simple and comfortable as my experience with Dr. Vacek and his team, I would’ve made an appointment a long time ago. Morgan did a great job cleaning the decade long gunk off my teeth with both precision and care. Dr. Vacek walked through the experience with such ease, that I don’t even remember why I was so nervous about scheduling an appointment in the first place. Their dedication to technology definitely leveled up the experience. It only took a few minutes for X-rays and pics of my teeth. All I had to do was sit back and watch HGTV. Count me in for routine trips to Dr. Vacek from now on!

Dr. Craig Vacek has been my choice for our family's dentist for well over a decade. He has a genuine caring and down-to-earth approach that is also clearly shared by each and every one of the team members.
Since the first time my kids were old enough for dental visits, I remember being impressed (and thankful) that every member of the team seems to be so naturally good with the little ones. Now the kids are older, and they don't complain about going to their dental appointment. My teenage daughter even commented that they play good music in their office!
From brushing tips to scale & plane, from sealants to bonding, our questions are always answered clearly and thoroughly and our smiles have improved as a result. Their "Advantage Plan" has felt more straightforward and comfortable than any dental insurance I have looked into. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Vacek and the team.

The facility is awesome, new and smells good and doesn't even feel like a dentist office. TV on the ceiling above the dentist chair is awesome! The staff are very nice and Doctor Craig Vacek is extremely knowledgeable at what he does. I am not a big fan of dentist visits but love the experience every time i come here!
