Whereas the Northeast location, it bothered me when two dentist and an assistant were both talking while working on my teeth the entire time.

There was a heavier set Hispanic lady in the office that cancelled my appointment she didn't tell me till I got there and is was after I confirmed in a text me message I was in so much pain I had to buy pain pill of the street they didn't give me anything she said they don't do that. She also scheduled me a month and a half apart but she scheduled another Hispanic man with in two weeks. This place is doesn't seems to look out for it patients very well also she charger me for the appointments that I was never seen. I called the office and ask to speak to the boss some guy said sure I'll have them give you a call the never called.

Dr. Kotopka is the best. He is professional, friendly, and very gentle when applying Novocain. Olivia did a great job with my teeth-cleaning. She was also very professional, friendly, gentle, and thorough. 10/10

There was a Hispanic lady that rescheduled me after I confirmed an appointment. I had extemly bad tooth ach to whare is was taking oxycodone like candy. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they didn't want to buisness with me. I feel I was jerk around and treated extremely unfairly. nd they were very uncaring.
