Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I was very nervous to go to the dentist because I had not been to one in about 8 years and was dreading all the cavities or other potential problems that they would discover. I did end up needing some fillings but the process of getting those fillings was so quick and painless. I am so happy I heard of this place and I will definitely be going back.

I had to get a tooth extraction and Dr. DiPrima and Brittney made the process super easy and painless. Brittney is very sweet and funny and easy to talk to. Dr. DiPrima has an awesome sense of humor and is very sweet. She also went above and beyond to save my wisdom tooth. My wisdom tooth was giving her a run for her money but she prevailed and kicked A**. She did an amazing job. Overall always satisfied with my care at Dr. DiPrimas office.

I honestly don’t even know how this place has such good reviews. I went there and got one filling done, well for about a month after it was still sensitive to cold, couldn’t even drink or eat on that side at all, told them about this on the phone and they were like “oh the dr says it’s normal to be sensitive for a month after”, even though i’ve never had this problem, so i end up coming back and they tell me they can either give me another white filling and it’ll just depend on how it heals or whatever or a silver filling which would probably fix it, well months after my silver filling, didn’t feel any different, still sensitive to cold, not to mention the fact that while i was telling her what was wrong she acted like she could care less, not asking questions about my tooth, not wanting to do an x-ray on it, not even showing any sort of interest. So while she’s numbing me she asks if it still hurts and i’m thinking “idk bc it only hurts when cold touches it” so then she tries to do something and i can feel it and start crying, after about 5 shots and one huge ibuprofen i was numb. went to a new dentist closer to me willing to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion and he recommended doing a different filling with sensitivity layer, i cried before he even did anything bc of how terrifying my last experience was at diprima, and he comforted me and gave me two shots and never felt a thing. While he was drilling he told me that there was more cavity behind the silver filling so now i’m wondering, did diprima even get all of my cavity cleaned out? lol. idk, overall my experiences at diprima have made me feel like they don’t really care about their patients and the front desk lady isn’t the nicest. Also doesn’t feel good as a patient to hear the person that has control over your mouth deep sigh while they’re working on your teeth, as if you’re an inconvenience. The fact that we’re willing to pay out of pocket for a different dentist that i trust and that makes me feel wayyyy more comfortable rather than go here again is crazy, i just can’t trust them honestly.
