Dental staff and dentists are great but front desk staff are impolite.
They should offer patients earplugs because the noise from water suction tube was very loud next to my ear and left it ringing. My hearing only recovered after an hour.

I've been a patient here for about 5 years now. After bad experiences at a couple other dental offices, I have so much anxiety about seeing dentists. I am so happy I found Dr. Tyler, as I never have anxiety about going in for my appointments anymore. Everyone at the office is so friendly. They always call me by name and take the time to get to know me. I have seen the same hygienist at each appointment and she is absolutely wonderful. She is gentle, thorough, and personable. I always have nice conversations with her during my appointments and even though I only see her twice a year, she always recalls things I have told her in the past. You can tell she really cares about the patients and wants to get to know you. It makes the whole experience way more enjoyable and comfortable. Dr. Tyler always listens to any concerns I have and has great bedside manner.
As with any dentist office, booking far in advance is usually needed, as Dr. Tyler's schedule seems to fill up quick. No surprise though, since he is such a great dentist. They have online scheduling which is super convenient. They have also been very accommodating when I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment.

I have been seeing Dr’s Seigert for the last 30+ years. I have many issues with my teeth and I find both Jeff and Tyler most caring, considerate and willing to listen to my issues. One thing I enjoy the most is that they give a feeling of timelessness and are never in hurry. Staff is great! Clinic is always bright with sunlight.

Excellent care. I came in for one thing and had a couple other things going on. The staff was very comforting, welcoming, friendly and patient. The doc was very thorough, kind and patient with me. The whole staff made my fears disappear and I was confident that they will get what I need done in a timely manner, with patience and genuine interest in my issues. They took excellent care of me. I would recommend this office to anyone I know.

I've been needing a tooth extraction done for a while now on a infected tooth. I always post poned it cause a lot of dentist weren't really reassuring and didn't care about my concerns. I decided to give Midtown Dental a try. I'm glad I chose Midtown, Dr. Jeffrey did an excellent job at answering my concerns and made me feel so much at ease. I was finally able to get my tooth extracted, literally took about ten minutes and felt no discomfort. The staff were also nice and friendly, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing as well. You guys don't know how happy I am to finally have the tooth extracted. Kudos to Midtown Dental.

I am a long time patient at Midtown Dental. The dentists and staff are always friendly and helpful. The office is clean and sterile and with the new remodel everything seems sleek and modern. The last crown I needed was taken care of in one visit without a temporary crown for two weeks. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Just visited Midtown Dental today and as always my visit went smoothly. They were prompt with getting me back to the room for x—rays and my cleaning. The office hygienist takes her time and does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I never feel rushed with Dr Tyler Siegert examination either. He summarizes up your visit and makes sure all your questions are answered. This is why I keep coming back every 6 months.
