I’ve never arrived to an appointment during the middle of the day and was welcomed with the front door locked. I couldn’t get in until just a few minutes before my appointment. After that, everything went well, but it was just really confusing. There was no sign saying why they weren’t there. I just want to know, so I don’t think my appointment was canceled for no reason.

I experienced all-around great customer service here. I had an infected tooth giving me severe pain, which happened very suddenly. They stayed late and we're able to get me in on the same day I called, even though they all ready had a packed schedule. They explained my options clearly had it all done and taken care of that day. Procedure was affordable, even in my situation without insurance. Lovely facility and super friendly and helpful staff, I am very thankful to them for helping me out.
