Coombs & Brewer DDS

Upon entering, the atmosphere was bright and the staff were very welcoming. I get anxious when it comes to dentist visits but the dental hygienist Laura was so kind, present, funny and personable. I've never had such a thorough assessment and cleaning of my teeth with previous dentists and dental assistants. Dr. Brewer and her staff are masters in their craft. Their communication among one another makes a world of a difference in the care that is provided. Before I checked out after my appointment, Liliana was very patient and friendly, I was scheduling my next appointment for a root canal but she mentioned that Dr. Brewer was available and can do it now if I had time. Before I knew it I was being numbed for my procedure. I did not get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was amazing at his work as well. Killing two birds with one stone is my favorite!! I greatly appreciated the opportunity to get all of this work done in one office visit. Before leaving, I set up an appointment for my husband. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Dr. Brewer and staff!

My visit to your office was fine until the placement of the fitting for my temporary crown. After multitudes of fitting and much grinding the temporary was placed. It sticks out in front and is too long. Since it is temporary I can live with it. I hope the final fitting of the crown will be better.. I have spent much time in the dentist chair and I appreciate your work. This meant to be helpful. Thanks.

I have had several bad experiences with previous dentists including a dentist who didn’t wait for my mouth to become numb before starting work. I was 7. So I’m always nervous/scared. The whole team at Coombs & Brewer were fantastic with me. Everything was done at my pace. I have a long road ahead of me for my dental care but for the first time ever I feel comfortable. Thank you!

Poor customer service.
Called to schedule an appointment for a check-up for my kids. Said "I need to schedule annual check-ups".
We set the appointments, I took time off (which wasn't that easy, due to my workload and extreme short staffing at work).
Two appointments went supposedly fine, I was handed back the kids with "they're all done, nothing else needed".
After the third kid was "done" (the one I know for sure has at least one cavity) and I was told he doesn't need any further appointments, started asking questions.
And turned out, they scheduled us for CLEANING instead!!! All three!
So now I will have to figure out a way to take more time to bring everyone back for an actual check-up. Simply cause a receptionist couldn't be bothered to pay attention.
Instead of at least a fake apology, I received a rather rude comment on "say it more clearly next time". I'm still at a loss of how much clearer should the "annual check-up" be to not be mistaken for "cleaning". And at even more loss of how on Earth can a receptionist just go agead and schedule someone for a completely different procedure than what they requested, and never even mention it! This is completely unacceptable.

Gina has been my Dental Hygienist for years and she talks to you to understand what is happening in your mouth as well as life to insure she is able to treat any issues you have correctly. Dr. Coombs has always taken his time as well to explain things and he ensures everything feels good in your mouth before he lets you leave the chair. His assistant Teri always makes you feel at home and comfortable, as much as possible in a dentist chair. She would offer you a water or coffee if you werent at the dentist. I would totally recommend this office.

I've been going to Dr. Combs for years. Very professional and does great work. Gina has been cleaning my teeth also many year. What a fun lady! This place is like family!

Dr. Coombs is a very caring dentist. He spends the time necessary to answer all my questions besides providing wonderful dental services. Recently I had a dental issue, which I needed to have resolved before leaving on a cruise. Dr. Coombs and his staff made sure I was able to get in to resolve my issue in plenty of time before my vacation. The whole office staff is wonderful, especially my hygienist, Gina.

All staff are very friendly. The hygienists are so sweet and genuinely interested in you. The dentists are so nice as well and do a great job. No complaints!

I called last minute to change my appointment to a soonest day due to loosing insurance at the end of the month and the person on the phone was very helpful and made it possible. The hygienist Leah spent a couple of minutes explaining a couple of things to add to my already “good cleaning routine”

My dental hygienist, Gina, is the best! She is professional, exceptional and goes above and beyond to perform her job! I am completely satisfied with her cleaning my teeth!
