Joel is the best dentist I've ever had. The hygienist provided excellent service and stayed late to finish my cleaning so I didn't have to come back due to the backup in the office earlier in the day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the office was a nice environment.

I’ve never had a better dentist and I’ve never been more comfortable with a dental office! I highly recommend going to see them!

This place is the worst dentists office I have ever been to. I went there to get a filling replaced in a tiny little hole in my molar that fell out when I was flossing. They gave me a ballpark price on the phone before I went there. First of all if you are a cash paying customer beware, they don't really like you unless you have an insurance company they can presumably overcharge. Why else would they charge their cash customers more than they charge insurance companies? Then when I was trying to confirm the ballpark price range they gave me on the phone they wouldn't confirm it, they also told me I would have to pay extra for an exam before they did anything. so even if I didn't like their inflated cash price I would still be on the hook for an exam I didn't even need. I was trying to get around that charge when they sent their "tough guy" dentist out to try to intimidate me which didn't work. It was almost comical to watch him try though. I say almost because by that time I was so annoyed I just left. I will never ever go back to that hole.

I have been to quite a few Dentist's in many different towns. This is by far the best service from Front Desk to Hygientists to to the Dentists. Modern store front with extremely high tech equipment. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable, informed, and happy. Guaranteed to leave a Big Smile on your face every time you visit . If you are looking for a new Dentist . Look no further. This is the best around.

Watch your billing. I sat in office while my daughter had wisdom teeth out.
We were there 30 min. total and surgeon told her teeth were simple extractions. I feel that they initially gave her worst case scenario on extractions and they opted not to adjust billing accordingly when the procedure didn't turn out to be as difficult as originally thought. She has now maxed out her insurance and has a much larger balance than anticipated. I am dumbfounded as to why they are unable to make adjustment. Original quote said surgical extractions on all 4 due to possible impacted teeth, this was not the case once the surgeon did procedure.

Friendly staff that explains what is going on very clearly. The building is nice and clean, and very conveniently located if you live in Carson City. All my visits have been great so far. Would definitely recommend it.

Normally I hate going to dentists, its a common thing. The gals here definitely helped me feel comfortable! They were very helpful in all aspects of the appointment whether it be regarding xrays, insurance or general teeth questions. I defintiely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs to take care of teeth business.
