Very disappointed in the service that I have experienced. The first time I made an appointment for myself they didn't schedule me for what I requested but I was told that I would have to come back. Was going to give it another try and schedule another appointment but like the first time very disappointed I would have to make 2 to 3 more appointments to get what I need done. People do have to work and it feels like they are not willing to work with their patient's. I will not be coming back.

Excellent service, latest technology use. Dr. Ross is great with patients who are nervous about heading to the dentist. Front desk, assistants, hygienists, technicians all provide 5-star service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. That’s my business taking care of people. No compassion during this time. Just rude in service. Dr Matt Ross is great. It’s a shame. But I’m never returning and my 4 friends that see him will not return either.

Be aware, this place will scam you. I have dental insurance and went in for a cleaning which was covered with my insurance. While I was there the hygienist decided I needed a laser treatment and performed it without telling me it wasn’t covered by my insurance. That’s unethical practice, I won’t be back.
