Dr. Reich has been our family dentist for nearly 20 years. He just recently retired and Dr. Kiggins is the new dentist. My first experience with the new dentist was amazing. He has great bed-side manner (dentist chair-side manner?). He does not rush you through as he takes all the time that is necessary. He explains the whole process and what to expect. Being extremely friendly and courteous, he puts you right at ease.
The office staff has remained the same from Dr. Reich's tenure, and their usual smiles and friendliness have made the transition extremely smooth. Because of the fact that the whole staff is still there, the comfort level of visiting the dentist office has not dropped off at all.
I can honestly say that I hope Dr. Kiggins will be our new family dentist for the next 20 years!
