Had an emergency. I'm from out of town and Dr Kiggin was my hero. Had to pull my tooth but I knew before I got there. He was the best. Wish he was my dentist back home. Staff was excellent with doing my insurance and Mary was great also.

Amazingly speedy booking! I got an appointment about a week out, asked to be put on the cancelation list, and the next day I was called saying I could come in "tomorrow." From the moment I NEEDED a dentist till the moment I was in his chair was about 48 hours. My usual Reno dentist was booked out nearly 4 weeks so switched to a Carson dentist and I am so glad I did. I might switch over permanently to Kiggins if the wait times in the Reno area continue to be an issue.
The procedure itself was very budget friendly and they were upfront with me on the exact $$$ amount I would owe before any procedures started. Full transparency is HUGE and much appreciated.
He was kind to my mouth even though working on my furthest back teeth and his helpers were just as gentle. Very grateful to have found Kiggins thru my roommate. Gratzi!
