I've been using this office forever and it's a great dentist office. Good people, generally understanding when I lose my mind every time I have to get x-rays done.
The only disappointment is the fact that they no longer book appointments a year out. It was so much easier when I had an appointment to be able to schedule a year out. It meant that my next six month cleaning was already in the books and that I could know when my appointment was a year from now and plan around it. Now my next cleaning isn't until August because they only schedule one appointment out. Go back to scheduling a year in advance. The other dentist office still does it that way.

I was in the office for a tooth extraction. The office staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the explanations and the extra effort in working with my insurance.
The oral surgeon and assistants are greatly skilled. I appreciated being informed as to what I might hear and feel. The atmosphere is friendly, light and very professional. I, also, appreciated the thorough, detailed explanations and information.

The dentist office is the best! I have never had any issues whatsoever. I was very nervous for my sons first dentist appointment but they all really made it easy, Dr. Falty was amazing and had so much patience with him, with the help of Stephanie always making sure my son is comfortable! But overall the whole team is great and very understanding!

Definitely one of the best dentists I've been to. The dr. And assist made the environment comfortable and want to come back! I left happy and satisfied with the work done. Welcoming energy once I stepped through the door! Recommending to everyone!

Shauna has been my hygienist since she started working at the Dentists Office She does a thorough job and is very kind and compassionate Today she took extra time to explain how’important it would be to get a mouth guard When I agreed and asked how long it would take to get an appointment for the impressions she went to Dr Smeardon to see if it was possible to do it while I was there. He said yes! I’m very impressed with the professionalism of everyone in this office. It is always a pleasant experience

I have started removing all the metal fillings and crowns from my mouth and replace them with tooth colored ones. First visit was to remove the filling on one side, did not feel the shots, in and out on time. Dentist and asst. very nice and would explain all the steps. Made sure I was comfortable and not in pain.

I absolutely love the dentist office. They are wonderful with me, but most importantly, my two young boys love going to get their teeth cleaned/fixed and aren't scared at all. Which is a huge relief for me with dental anxiety. Thank you guys for treating kids so amazingly!!

Having covid and being locked down for 2 years did a number on my teeth. Thankfully THE DENTIST OFFICE got me in quickly and fixed several problems immediately. Very happy , looking forward to next appointment.
