Toothfairy Pediatric Dental

They are terrible. Only good when you want your teeth cleaned. My oldest son is 7. They couldn’t pull his tooth. They didn’t even try. They referred us to their Carson City location. I went there for myself cause my tooth was hurting. Didn’t give me any antibiotics until a week later when I continued complaining about my tooth. They scheduled for my tooth to be pulled. They didn’t pull it cause my roots are too deep. They didn’t even look at my x-rays. To see my roots are deep. They wasted my time both time. They don’t have payment plans. It was gonna cost me $4000 for fillings too.

They are the best! Excellent service, friendly staff, people you can trust! I bring my whole family here. I definitely recommend this dentist office!

Took my 12m old in for her first appointment. Everyone was very friendly, quick, and informative. The other children having appointments seemed very happy and comfortable there as well.

I’m someone who has extreme dental anxiety, so finding a good dentist, and making my child comfortable to avoid that anxiety later in life is very important to me- I’m glad we found such great care here, first try!

The dentists couldn't even agree! One told us to drill due to cavities. The next said there were no cavities. If they can't agree within their own business, I can't trust them. We've moved on.

Great experience, excellent staff--for the most part. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and called them on Sunday. I got a call back on Monday morning and was seen by 11am the same day! They relieved me of the stress and fear of having my tooth extracted by explaining in detail, the process. I informed them of my previous dentist and how I was more fearful after I left his office in Reno than when I came in. The Reno dentist told me to take antibiotics til June when he can schedule me in. Toothfairy Dental advised me that the wait may bring more pain and problems, and that they'll absolutely get this fixed for me that very same day! Caring and professional about the process and my concerns. When it was over they gave me very thourough instructions on how to get thru the healing process. That particular experience was great. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone. They're fantastic with my 5 year old too, depending on who's working-sometimes you'll experience an angry nurse/assistant and get treated pretty poorly.

I recently took my 1 year old twins to tooth fairy dental. I was so happy with this team! I didn’t even have enough time to fill out the first time paperwork before the were ready for my girls! Which I thought was awesome because it can be hard to keep my girls from getting upset. The place was very clean and everyone was so friendly! My girls aren’t big on strangers and everyone just made them happy and gave them things to keep occupied! The dentist was quick and super friendly. I am glad I found this place and will be returning!

Excellent service. As an as adult I am terrified to get my teeth worked on. They were very good. I will definitely be going back. I loved the superhero theme and they were great with my twins as well. Thank you!! Our teeth look amazing.

My teenage daughter and I were both seen by 2 different dentists on 2 different days. Both times the dentists came over, introduced themselves and it just seemed more intimate and friendly, more sincere than any dentist I have ever been to before. They were very pleasant as they talked while working on our teeth...even had some 80s music on and did a little singing for an uplifting atmosphere. They treated us as if they knew us for awhile but yet it was our first visit there. I highly recommend them to everyone, you can't get any better than them ❤

My whole family goes to the tooth fairy dentist here in Fernley, NV. The staff is super friendly, the location is perfect for us, and we always receive amazing service. Even my four year old sister loves going to the dentist! We are always greeted by name and with a smile. All the staff is super cool, but one dental assistant always stands out for us. We absolutely love Jennifer Gregory! She’s awesome!! So if anyone is looking for a kid friendly dentist with exceptional service this is it!!! Please say hi to Jen for me 😊

This place is great. My 6 year old son has really bad anxiety about going to the dentist and was really nervous the day we went in to be seen. The dentist took time to come over to him and introduce himself to my son, shake his hand and assure him nothing bad was going to happen to him. This changed everything for my son. The wait time was quick and we were in and out of the office in 30mins.
