While I’m sitting on the floor because there is only 3 chairs and 10 people waiting in the lobby, I was thinking why the F do they schedule 10 people at the same time and make them wait sitting on the floor or standing for 2+ hours… this place should just close its doors. The work service I have ever seen! I wil I could put no stars!

Don’t mind the cheesiness 😂 but I want to give mad props to Magda, Dr. Gherani , Alba and my favorite front office ladies (forgive me I’m bad with names)! The last experience I had seeing a dentist caused me an emmsense amount of pain and fear for many many years. Until this location. They have so much compassion, and explain what they are doing very clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and staff no pain no discomfort and my teeth are looking good. I love love this office and I very highly recommend it to anyone needing dental work!!! Seriously they are amazing!!!

This place is a joke. I had an appointment today at 2:30 for a consultation. I was on time. When I walked in, the waiting room was over capacity. There were 20 people and only 6 chairs. Several people were sitting or lying on the floor. I overheard several people mention they had been waiting for a long time- some of them for hours. I filled out my new patient paperwork. I waited an hour. No one gets called back into the back. People are getting antsy. Some start asking the front desk how much longer the wait is. The front desk's excuse is that some morning procedures had run long and so consultations were behind. But when patients asked to reschedule for a less busy day they were told ' It doesn't matter what day, there is always a wait like this'. I also overhead the woman who does scheduling at the front desk warn a patient over the phone that they should expect a 2 to 4 hour wait when they visit. One elderly woman who finally finished her appointment walked out, saw us all waiting in the lobby and joked 'I hope you all get out of here before midnight!' Apparently obscene wait times is standard operating procedure for this place. Appointments are meaningless here and they expect you to take an entire day off work to wait in their office a minimum 4 hours. They don't even offer a call or text service. You're trapped there. One man gave up and left, letting loose a string of obscenities complaining he couldn't wait four more hours. After waiting two hours after my scheduled appointment time, one of the women from the front desk came out at 4:30pm- I believe her last name was Avila. She announced that the Doctor had started doing consultations now but it would still be a 1.5 hour wait. She offered to reschedule people. I told her I didn't want to reschedule because I wanted to cancel completely and go to an entirely different branch. She reassured me that I would not be charged for a 'missed appointment' if I cancelled, but she refused to give me any guarantee in writing. After leaving the office I immediately called my insurance to explain what had happened and make sure I wasn't charged. Then I had my referral transfered to another branch. There is no excuse for this. Clearly this office is not good at time management or scheduling. Don't schedule 20 to 30 consultations in the last three hours of the day when you know your surgeon often runs behind and it's physically impossible to see that many people. It's rude and completely disrespectful. I hope a different branch of Absolute Dental will be better. In the meantime I am writing this review so there is a dated account of what happened just in case they do try something sneaky and try to charge me for an appointment that never happened due to their scheduling mishap.

Hell to the NO. Pulling teeth out is all they want to do. A young guy, (which they offered an implant to) in front me, a lady next to me, then they came to me and told the same thing. My teeth are fine. Got a 2nd opinion. 2nd dentist said all I needed was a deep cleaning, not an extraction
