Massoud Hejazi dentist clinic has hiding fee that is $10 office fee for each visit as office policy. The fee is not covered by most dental insurances. They did not say or menion it upon made appointment.
I went to the dentist for check up few days ago because he is one of Nevasa Elite dentist in my dental insurance. If I choose dentist from Nevada Elite dentists, it should be save my out of pocket when I start treatment.
It was the first tine to visit there so my appointment was for check up that should be 100% covered by insurance but they wanted me to pay $10. I do not want to pay it and cancel my appointment at front desk.
I do not know that the dentist is good or not but I can not trust the clinic because of the hiding fee that they never say on the phone and their website.

Dr H IS THE BEST! I unfortunately didn’t have dental for a couple years and my dental health suffered. From cracked teeth to cracked fillings, it was BAD. BUTTT Dr H saved my mouth!!! His work lasts!!! He’s so gentle and understanding. Even without insurance now I’ll save my money and go see him because his work is immaculate! His office is clean and sanitary and his staff friendly and nice. I’ve been seeing him since I was in my teens and I’m in my 30s now. I will never ever cheat on him again, scouts honor. 10/10 I recommend everyone I can to him who needs dental work!

The old lady who does the billing needed to go to charming school. She is rude and unreasonable. She charged me extra $50 for things were done in the past year. Never again.

I have been going there for close to 3 years.This dentist is so gentle and extremely nice and patient.He does your cleaning along with a dental technician.He is very honest which can be very hard to find.All of the staff have been very nice to me. I would definitely recommend this dentist!
