The Dentist and the assistant did an Excellent job.
The only suggestion for some of the employee to improve on is, when employee tells the patient that is going to do something, he/she should make a note and make sure to do it at the time they told the patient.

I have been going to Dentist on Nellis for 15 years now and have always received amazing service. The staff and doctors are so caring & personable. I have been a loyal patient since 17 years old and I have always felt as if I’m part of a family with each visit. I live across town now but still make the commute because the services, quality & friendliness absolutely worth the 30 minute drive for me. Their prices are great too! I would recommend Dr. Khanh Nguyen for all your dental needs! :)

I have been going to Dentist On Nellis for years and have enjoyed everyone that works there. Today I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I walk to the counter and checked in. The lady pulled my file and said you are having your teeth cleaned and x-rays no copay today. Immediately a lady sitting on the opposite side pulls my file and tells me I needed a deep cleaning and the copay would be, I don’t remember the exact amount however, it was over 100 dollars. I asked that much for a deep cleaning and she responded that and the laser treatment for bacteria. I told her no to the laser treatment, she said ok and recalculated the copay which was still over $100. I was wondering why I was not told this before my appointment. She then said ok we can take your x-rays and evaluate if you need a deep cleaning (she just said I needed it and now an evaluation to see if I need it). I sat down and waited to be called but none of this was making sense. When they called me, I walk to them and ask so am I going to get my teeth cleaning and she said no we have to evaluate first. I requested them to cancel my appointment and told her I should have been informed about this like they always do and to stick a treatment that was obviously going to be a hidden cost was shady; of course she didn’t seem to care at all, but I do. Such a waste of time. THE HAVE TURN INTO ANOTHER SHADY DENTAL OFFICE LOOKING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM YOU. I will not be back to this place again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dental office any more. Time to look for another…

I went in for an X-Ray that cost $125 and was treated like cattle, in and out. Dr Khan told me I needed to remove all 4 wisdom teeth when I went in for a simple cavity. Save your money because I found another place that genuinely explained my situation and didn’t pressure me into more extractions than necessary. Awful service, and tiny crowded offices, not even sure they do anything but refer you to an oral surgeon WASTE OF MONEY

I have been to many dentist offices in different cities this is by far the most professional, friendliest, cleanest and knowledgeable office of staff and doctors that I have experienced. Each time I'm there they take their time and explain every detail and answer every question and you never feel rushed or pressured. I highly highly recommend this office.

Now I know why they get such good reviews. After years of going to a different dentist and seeing the fees go up and up and up, I decided to try a different one. Based on their reviews, I called Dentists on Nellis when I had a filling come out. They had me come in three hours later and were able to do the work immediately. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful and the dental staff seemed very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends. Oh, and their fees were considerably less than those of my previous dentist.

My family and I actually like going to this dentist. We love the interactions with the staff. Very impressionable and direct. Really treats us like a valued person not just a number. The location is so convenient and we love how they all treat us at the Dentist On Nellis. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now. I enjoy my visits here and I am so glad it is at a convenient location and a wonderful staff very good timing and we appreciate that. It is like your around friends that works for a common goal to do their best and earn your loyalty.

Let me start out by saying that doctors of any kind give me severe anxiety. With that said, I've never had a better experience at a dentists in my life. Dr. Rich went above and beyond in my opinion to ensure that I felt comfortable and stayed calm. I highly recommend them.

Dentist on Nellis has the best dentists and staff. My 70yr old mom has been fearful of going to the dentist and was having severe tooth pain. They were able to get her in quickly and Dr. Tong performed a comprehensive exam so that we could make a plan to get her dental health on track.
My mom also had a tooth extraction and was very anxious, but Dr. Richmond did such a great job making sure she didn’t feel any pain. Dr. Richmond was very attentive to any cues of any pain that she may have been having.
We are very grateful for the wonderful, painless experience.
