My experience at Desert Springs Dental Care continued to be wonderful. Today, 10/17/22, my appointment went by seamlessly and smoothly. The new member of the staff, a hygienist, had the lightest hands I found out working with my teeth. The dentist was highly enthusiastic and professional in his approach as usual. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The facility looked so clean and organized as always. Everyone is encouraged to come by and see for yourself what I am talking about. Cheers!

I haven't seen a dentist in years, and that's on me. I found Desert Springs through my employer's portal and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was so friendly! I've got bad teeth and I wasn't judged or scolded, just recommended treatments and presented with their costs. My wife, who has severe anxiety regarding dental work came along to see if she would be willing to give them a shot said she immediately felt comfortable there and plans on scheduling her own dental work. I go in for a root canal tomorrow and feel I'm in good hands!

Front counter check-in was nice and efficient and already checked me in when I came through the door. She knew me from previous visits.
Kathy, dental hygienist, was personable, quick, and efficient.
Dentist came in to do a quick check after Kathy was done and spoke with me as he had done previously. Everyone was nice and I highly recommend this practice.

The best dentist this side of the Mississippi. Everyone who works here is stellar, honestly. Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would give more stars if I could.
Edit: I had to edit this review after my experience. The staff is still super nice and helpful. However, I went back to this office about five or six separate times (I lost count) for the same tooth, and honestly the dentist still did not fix the problem. My tooth actually hurts more now than it did when I first went in. Basically, the dentist took out a super old silver filling and redid it but the tooth still hurt after. I kept telling him that I thought I needed a root canal, but with each visit I was met with different excuses as to why the tooth still hurt (the tooth needed to be shaved down, the filling needed to be redone, the filling needed more layers, the bonding agent was bad, etc.). After each time, my tooth still hurt, moreso than the original toothache, and after coming in about six separate times, I was fed up and just decided not to go anymore. I understand that the dentist did not want to do a root canal because it's expensive, but it would've saved me a lot of time and kept me from experiencing so much pain. I wish the dentist had listened to me when I told him over and over that my new filling had temperature sensitivity and shooting pain, and that I really thought I needed a root canal. The funny part is, the woman at the front desk (who is wonderful), even thought I needed a root canal and said so after the second time I went back for the pain in my filling he had done.

Excellent family owned business. My hygienist, Hadley, was thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions with care. The dentist was exceptional as well. Probably the best dental care Iβve received in a very long. The receptionist was also warm and welcoming.
